"What is the difference between a mocha and a white chocolate mocha?"

One has regular, chocolate mocha sauce and the other is white chocolate.

"Yes, but what is the difference?"

That is the difference.

"So, they are made the same way?"

Yes. They are both lattes.

"What comes in them?"

You get the mocha syrup, espresso shots, steamed milk, and whipped cream.

"Why whipped cream?"

I just work here.

"Okay. Can I get a venti white chocolate mocha, extra hot, extra whip. Oh no wait, I want that big cup. Make it a trenta."

Hot beverages don't come in trenta. The biggest cup is a venti.

"Oh alright."


When the drink was called out she complained it wasn't in a trenta cup. She got a recovery card.
