"What is this shaken iced tea?"

It's just tea shaken with some ice.

"But... I don't see flavors."

Yes, you can get different flavors of tea. There is black, green, or passion.

"So you can get any flavor?"

Yes.

"So what makes them shaken?"

We shake them in a shaker with ice to mix the sweetener if you choose to get it sweetened.

"I don't want it sweetened."

Okay, so an unsweetened tea. Which flavor would you like?

"Nothing with caffeine."

Okay, so a passion tea?

"No I don't like that one. What else is there?"

That's the only thing without caffeine. Black tea and green tea are both caffeinated.

"Well... what about those refreshers. I'll have an orange one of those."

Those have caffeine as well.

"What am I supposed to get then?"

...

"Okay, just give me a trenta green tea. Unsweetened with 8 sugar in the raws."
